General questions

Do you have samples available ?

Yes we do. If you need a bit of help deciding which artificial green wall panel to purchase then please get in touch with us.

Are the artificial plant panels UV stable ?

Yes, the artificial foliage has been subjected to light ageing-UV tests with no visual changes.

Are the artificial plant panels fire retardant ?

Most of the plastic artificial plant panels we sell are not inherently fire retardant. They are classified as fire behaviour class B or C according to the European standard (EN13501-1:2007+A1:2009). This means that they have a limited contribution and spread to a fire.

If your risk assessment requires that the green wall panels must be fire retardant we recommend hand spraying them with a fire retardant treatment spray such as Envirograf 321 Fire Retardant Spray (EV321S Special: Plastic artificial plants / flowers and decorations).

Do you have a warranty ?

Yes our panels have a 3 year UV warranty.

Environmental & sustainability questions

Do the artificial plant panels contain hazardous substances ?

All panels comply with the limits set by RoHS directive 2011/65/EU Annex II - restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in products. No lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) have been detected in the artificial plant panels.

Are the artificial plant panels recyclable ?

All of our green wall panels are fully recyclable. Each individual part of a green wall can be removed and recycled in order to be reused in other panels.

Delivery questions

What are the delivery costs ?

For most of our artificial green wall panels we have two delivery options to choose from which vary in price and speed to suit your needs.

Standard 2-4 business day 
Your parcel(s) will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express48 service and costs £9 inc VAT per parcel.

Express 1-2 business day
Your parcel(s) will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express24 service and costs £15.00 inc VAT per parcel.

The exceptions to this are the oversized parcels such as the artificial green wall panels that have a 1m x 1m solid metal grid. These parcels are sent using the Parcelforce 48 Large service. The cost is calculated at checkout.

When will I get my order ?

We have two delivery options to choose from which vary in price and speed to suit your needs.

Standard 2-4 business day
Your parcel will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express48 service, in 2-4 working days (This is not guaranteed however).

Express 1-2 business day
Your parcel will be delivered using the Parcelforce Express24 service in 1-2 working days (This is not guaranteed however). If you order before 12:30 your order will be despatched the same day from our warehouse.

To keep you informed of your order delivery, you will receive automated emails when your order is fulfilled (booked in with Parcelforce), out for delivery and delivered.

Do you deliver outside the UK ?

Yes we do. We recommend that you get in touch with us with your requirements & delivery address so we can calculate the delivery costs.

Within the EU courier delivery usually takes at least 5 working days from pickup.

Once our proforma invoice is paid we will despatch the goods.

Thanks to Brexit from January 1st 2021 goods now passing from the UK to the EU (and vice versa) will be treated as imports and exports.

Returns & refunds

How many days do I have to cancel & return my order ?

Our returns policy lasts 28 days. You have 14 days to cancel and 14 days after cancellation to return the goods. There is more info here

Where do I return the parcel to ?

To return your order, you should send the parcels to our warehouse:

How long will my refund take ?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
